Shipping policy

At Outre, we take great care to ensure your items are securely packed and shipped on time. However, once your package has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for it.

  • Responsibility Transfers to the Carrier: After your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, any risk of loss, theft, or damage becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
  • No Compensation for Lost Packages: Outre does not provide refunds or replacements for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
