No Returns or Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selection.
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items
- While we do not offer refunds or returns, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.outre.us@gmail.com.
- To resolve the issue, we may require:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label.
If your claim is approved, we will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details, including size and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
